I’m happy, I’m healthy, but I can’t write about myself anymore.
I will still post irregularly if something significant/relevant happens (and certainly when I start traveling), but this current micro-self-analysis isn’t working for me right now.
I am actually in the process of winding down my psychoanalysis as well. I think this blog, in many ways, has been an important final reflection of that work.
I’ve loved the constant interaction with you and will miss that more than anything!
Take care,
Jennifer

Okay, you’re tired of writing your own personal story. I understand that. But please continue writing about you search for your van and all your preparations. I’ll miss you if you stop.
Agreed, Tell us about your schooling, your preparations for your trip, Any full timers that inspire you? Maybe your thought process on getting rid of things you dont use anymore (selling stuff? giving it away?). Their’s a LOT of information about prepping for a ful time lifestyle I (and others) would like to read and think about for our own plans. Take care…
And we will miss YOU!
Take care and stay focused!
Angie
I third the motion!! There are 180 other degrees that you could write about now!
In the end though… do what is best for you.
Good luck on your personal journey. For what it’s worth, I think you are doing the right thing.
Hal
We all want the best for you!
I’m sure we will check back to see if you start writing again. I know I love your writing, but you can’t force it.
All the best and really really Good Luck on what ever road you take.
Love
James

Just keep working the dream. I hope to see you up north this summer!
Hi Jennifer,
I understand your decision, but I also hope you’re not feeling overly discouraged by recent events. You have many supportive followers on this blog, so don’t feel bad when you get the very rare negative one. We all have had highs and lows in our lives with regard to money and finances, and the tough times can get us down. Just know that “this too shall pass.” I, for one, would be happy to get an occasional e-mail from you, should you so desire.
Best wishes,
Mary Ann
I think you should take a break as you first mentioned. Follow your heart, come back when you feel up to it.
I think you should take a break as you first mentioned. You need to follow your heart, and come back to us when you feel up to it. No pressure. Will be thinking of you…
See you down the road
The most important words in your last post are “I’m happy, I’m healthy”. Try to keep it that way, Jennifer, and if that takes discontinuing the blog for now, then do that. We’ll miss you and will wonder what’s going on with you, but it’s your decision. I feel like I’ve come to know you and hope that you post now and then just to let us how how things are moving along. Belva
We completely understand. Take comfort in knowing we will always be here.
Hey Jennifer,
I will check in from time to time, to see if you have any updates.
I too began to find my blog too introspective, and had to take a break, and get a new focus.
Take your break, think about what you want to share with the world on the blog, and come back when you are ready.
I made a new blog that was focused more around the journey rather than the thoughts and feelings.
I find it better because it’s something I want to reflect on later on, when we are in the Moho, and travelling down the road.
I will remember my feelings and don’t need to share them, but the pictures and the diary is a nice thing to look back on.
Take care, have a good break and will still see you around the campfire!
Glad you’re doing what’s best for you (though selfishly I’ll miss ya). Am sending positive energy your way to support you. When your house sells you’ll feel re-energized. Take care and all the best!
Just stopping by out of daily habit and to say hello!:)
I hope that everything is going well for you. Don’t forget to come back to your blog and fill us in on what you are up to!
Take care.
I’m not giving up on you. Clearly you are a very smart woman, you will figure it out. Might I suggest completely eliminating “countdowns”. You are only setting yourself up for a let down. Take things as they come and relax.
I too have had to put down my pen a couple of times, to take a break from myself. Putting oneself “out there” nearly every day is both Exhilarating and Exhausting… and, I would add for us addictive types, Addictive.
But having an addictive personality, I kept picking up my pen… coming back. Must be all the “love” from readers… Who doesn’t like that?
We will miss you, you will miss us…
See you soon I hope, when your circles uncoil into straight lines of open road.

Just wanted you to know – I am thinking about you – as well as others are. I hope all is well with you and that you are being gentle with yourself.
